Great service by Jody. She was attentive and kept me up to date on status. One thing I would recommend is the option of eliminating the silo between sales and service. I asked a couple times if I could just get remote start installed while at the shop to kill two birds with one **** but was informed I would have to go talk to sales for this service.

Service took 24 hours longer than expected, took 15 minutes for them to find my keys at pickup and then they asked me to come back in to fill out paperwork a week after the car was picked up.
Andrew Shannon is a great service representative. Very detail oriented and helpful. I plan on going to him for any future service needs for my truck.

We traveled from out of town. The guys in Ford service took care of our auto service needs. We were very satisfied.
It took a total of four times for me to take my vehicle to the dealership before the problem was fixed. On the third trip after it had been supposedly repaired the Service writer parked my vehicle at the front of the dealership left it running with the keys in it when he came back he said OK you’re good to go you just need to sign a couple pieces of paper which I did. I asked where my vehicle was parked and he said out front I asked him for the keys and he said they’re in your truck the truck is running. He left my truck running at the front of the dealership with the keys in it unlocked. It was not parked in a parking spot it was parked on the curb. Very unprofessional and dangerous.There were three occupied vehicles behind my vehicle waiting to get back when I got to my truck. As soon as I got in my truck I realize that the same problem was occurring and it had not been fixed. I left the dealership and called and asked to speak with the service manager I was placed on hold for a period of 15 minutes. I finally gave up and hung up the phone. The original tech eventually called me and asked what was the problem I said the original problem had not been fixed I made arrangements to take it back for the fourth time and finally picked it up Monday morning. A unpleasurable and very frustrating experience. I have use grapevine service for my vehicles in the past because it was so efficient. I will think twice before I bring it back there if I encounter another problem.
