Tyler is fantastic. Best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. The reason I took truck in was for sunroof and AC to be fixed. Roof fixed, but the techs told Tyler the AC was fine and they couldn’t find any problems. Got truck home and AC still not blowing cold air. Texted Tyler, answered me quickly and said to bring back in. I have no issues with Tyler.

Aaron and the techs handling my vehicle did a great job! I appreciate the frequent updates from Aaron as well. That is uncommon at many of the dealerships. For example, I had a blend door replaced on my climate control at McKinney Ford dealership and they never contacted me to update me on the vehicle.
My wife has a Q7 and the grapevine Audi dealership did not communicate well regarding a recall with the vehicle there.

Our 2019 Lincoln Aviator Reserve II has spent quite a bit of time being serviced by Lincoln (predominately by Grapevine Lincoln) and is now being repurchased by Ford/Lincoln Corp. Bob has been a fantastic service advisor throughout the process. He has worked diligently to try to address the multiple issues with our car and has communicated thoroughly with us while also delivering the customer service standards one would expect from Lincoln. Unfortunately our Aviator has just fallen short in this area. Without Bob’s friendly & calming disposition this experience would have been much more difficult to work through.
Just wished ford would honor a federal warranty instead of taking the easy way out. mark was excellent!

Had to call multiple times to find out the status of my truck. Additionally this was the second time the truck had to get the same fix repaired. When I got home the same issue persisted. I was not willing to drop off my truck again for a 3rd time to wait a month to again have a broken vehicle. My business has now gone elsewhere.
