I drove my car to make an appt. Because no one called me back. I make an appt with Mark to have my car fixed. My husband was there to drop it off and was told there were 20 cars in front of him. He brought the car home and haven't heard back yet. My car has not been fixed yet. No communication at all. Very dissatisfied.

Alfredo is precise and professional, broke down my maintenance plan and how long it’s good for. He was upfront about wait time and confirmed I had a ride prior to waiting. He checked in with me via text halfway through to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Quick to greet me and get me out of there once my vehicle was done.

Stop asking me if I want to trade in my vehicle! You stupid fucks. I own a 2009 BULLITT. Original owner! These surveys **** and you fuckers NEVER read them. If you did, I’d get a call. Alfredo Is an awesome service advisor. He’s the ONLY reason I keep coming back. Hire more mechanics in 2021!
