Vehicle was dropped off before scheduled appointment time of 9 AM. Was given an estimate end time of 3 PM. No call was given around 3 PM. Vehicle was called in ready at 30 minutes till the service department closed. Communication of updates about vehicle during service is lacking. Allowing only 30 minutes until the service department close to pick up a vehicle is too short of a notice.
