Seems like every time I bring my vehicle in there is always an issue with the work that is completed. Whether it’s the three months it took to repaint the roof of my truck, grease left all over the outside of my truck and on the seat from the door latch fix. To the coolant being under filled on my last visit from a service that wasn’t even needed for a couple more years, but I wasn’t sure about. No one said are you sure you want to do that , because it’s not due for a couple years, but it is time for this service.(recommend something else).. I will be in the market for a new truck by the end of the year but might decide to shop elsewhere because of the service work. Jason Scaff the service writer has been friendly and helpful, a real pleasure, but the rest of the service falls short.

Miguel was excellent. He listened to what I needed and verified it by asking for additional information and reviewing the car history. Miguel was upfront and not only met my expectations, but exceeded them with his professionalism.

I was in Costa Rica when I had my truck serviced and Jody did a great job communicating with me through text with updates/progress. This was the first time she was my service coordinator and she exceeded my expectations.
It would be great if you offered free loner cars for people who bought their cars at your dealership
