But the Ford pass app rewards thing is a joke
I got an email saying I have 13000 points but
I showed the service writer the email the Ford pass logged in account
Page with the points and for whatever reason he could not get it applied to the ticket we wasted 30-45 minutes standing around never did get it right
Finally he gave us a gratuity just to get us out the door
I still have the points but what good is that if you can’t use them
Not user friendly app at all too convoluted keeps asking for updated info when I log in
Andrew was a fine service rep. I was disappointed in the poor customer service of the cashier.
The oil pan drain plug was cracked on my F150 after the Service Department had changed my oil. I had to bring my truck back in. Mark was very kind, courteous and professional. They were able to fix my truck in no time and had me back on the road! Big Thank You to Mark Filler and his team for taking care of me.
This is the second time that I have taken my vehicle to this location and was passed around like a football between Miguel and Mark until Jason finally stepped in to finish the job. Two days straight I was requesting information to no avail.

Transaction was good although I had to leave to get a call back accepting the deal. The rep was easy to work with and communication was good.
Only thing I was a bit dissatisfied with was the delivery. First no one had programmed a new fob that was part of the deal and the vehicle was bit as clean as I expected it to be and the truck wasn’t full of gas. The rep did get a fob programmed and truck cleaned up some, and told me to come back when I get plates, to fill up the vehicle. Dealership had the truck for 1 1/2 days so I figured all this was done when I can for pickup and I had to wait for about an hour for delivery once arrived
Pete is always excellent. I appreciate how he explains things to me in detail and is very prompt to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle.
I was surprised that the car was not washed even though the report said it had been done, which created concern about other work that was said to have been done.
