At all and got exactly what I wanted and needed for my car.
I received a text message supposedly from Tyler. It stated that if I had any questions to text him. I texted with a question about what was found on my truck and never received a response. In fairness I got there earlier than planned due to leaving early due to possible icy roads and Tyler was not there yet so Jason S. checked in my truck. I finally left a voice mail with Tyler first and mentioned that Jason checked in my truck. Then left a message with Jason next who did call me back about 45 minutes later. The only dissatisfaction I have was no communication via the text system. The service was good. Thanks Jason.

I brought my car in because of a grinding noise that I have been hearing for months. I think it’s important to note that I also brought my in for the same reason, back in December. I’m concerned about this because 8 months after purchasing the car, I heard the same noise and ended up having to have rear end work done on my Mustang. When I tried to explain this to Jody after she told me that the tech didn’t hear anything, she sighed like she didn’t want to hear what I was saying. I could not believe this!!! That is terrible customer service. Everyone at Grapevine Ford has always been friendly to me, except for her. Even after I experienced a terrible purchasing process, I still returned to the dealership for maintenance for my car. I will not return here for ANY services in the future. Nor will I recommend the dealership to anyone.

Bob Was Great... Service was good.. but the buying process was disappointing. Bob was completely set up to fail by the sales rep but he handled it well and was actually the first honest and upfront person we felt with. Honesty and being straight forward is far more important to me than how long the vehicle was at the dealership.
We love the Car so all is well, I just feel like I was told so many lies and it was refreshing for Bob to be upfront.. We were going to buy the vehicle regardless.. So I don’t understand over selling unless it was unintentional. But if that is the case there needs to be some training done for the reps and finance for that matter.
