Me. Lina was exceptional. The rental desk was great. The management is the worst. New management could turn the dealership around. I got lied to and will not be doing business with grapevine Ford in the future.

The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. Mr. Luna made sure everything was clear and concise and I appreciate the transparency provided throughout the stressful process of bringing my car into a new service shop. I definitely plan on bringing my car back for any future services as well as recommending this location to friends and family.

Someone scratched my truck on the right front fender where the air box is. I believe the tech was leaning on it or something and scratched my truck. I can send photos. It’s only the top part of the fender so the hood was up when it happened. I would like someone to call me so I can send them pictures.
