Surprised the service writer did not come out and greet me. I had to leave my vehicle and walk over to the service writer’s desk. Oh well - getting use to this.

Someone scratched my truck on the right front fender where the air box is. I believe the tech was leaning on it or something and scratched my truck. I can send photos. It’s only the top part of the fender so the hood was up when it happened. I would like someone to call me so I can send them pictures.
Sales person did not keep his word and kept giving me the run around over a repair that was agreed on after purchase.
Had to go find help when I arrived. I was sent to different place & person than what was scheduled. I asked for a state inspection & it was not completed.
