Only person out of three Ford dealerships that was willing to help me expedite my service needed . She always kept me updated on progress .
Alfredo was great, he adapted to my needs and made sure i was taken care of while being conscious of need to leave by a certain time. He also set up a follow up to take care of the things we couldn't get to/weren't as important.
Jody was kind and communicated often and clearly regarding the status of my vehicle. Very pleased and would recommend Jody again.
Mark Filler is exceptional. We had a unique issue with our vehicle and when I was directed to Mark, he intently listened to our concern and totally gave us the feeling that he embraced our concern with our vehicle. Mark handled the issue to complete repair. He kept us informed during the process, completed the repair as he committed and when he committed to us it would be ready.
Mark impressed me to the point that I truly believe he is the one service advisor that sticks in my mind as the best one I have ever dealt with. Grapevine Ford you are lucky to have Mark!

From Feb 11 to Feb 24 left multiple vm and messages assistant answering the phones to schedule appt. Never received a call back from Matt. I went to service dept in person and vehicle was taken for we owe. 2 days later left messages and called checking if truck was completed, no response. I could see stays changes and gps movement of truck ford pass. I went to department and found truck completed. Still to this day have I yet to converse or speak with Matt. 45 minutes after I pick up my truck I receive a call it was ready. This is atleast 4 hours after I observed my truck was moved from back to front lot. Which is why I assumed it was ready. Received 2 messages via text while was in service, stating text with questions. I did and received no response.

Chris took good care of me working me in unscheduled. I had several questions about upcoming maintenance and Chris helped me wrap my head around what to expect.
