My truck could have wiped dry after it went through the car wash. Soap residue was left on the vehicle and the bed cover was soaked.

The service provided by Jason and grapevine were great. Jason sent a picture of an interior cosmetic issue on my platinum F150 to Ford which they denied to replace claiming I caused the damage and tried to fix it, which is ironic when the other issue (also interior cosmetic) was covered and replaced on a wear item. Jason seemed to agree with me as well but it was one of those “oh well what can you do” sort of things. Disappointing that Ford won’t take of customers that buy their high end vehicles.
