Very professional and polite. Kept me up to date and this is the first time in 4 years I was in and out in 1 hr for an oil change. It’s normally 2-3. Not sure what changed, but well done if changes were made.

Jason took very good care of us. He put the repairs in motion and kept us updated. He seems to be very good at his job. We have bought several cars from the Grapevine store. We have had several repairs done here also. Always seems to be a good experience.
