Miguel was quick and courteous. Some of your team members who answer the phones in the service department should learn some of those traits.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall. The recall was not performed. I was told it was fixed. That it was fixed but should the repair fail, I could still bring the vehicle back and repair under the recall. IT WAS NOT FIXED. I showed the service advisor that it was not fixed. I was told I can do the repair under the recall and I was apologized to. I AM SORRY I BOUGHT A FORD VEHICLE.

Mark Filler was amazing in communication through the process....but, the truck still has the same two issues I brought it in for and it was in the shop 6 weeks. None of this is Marks fault, he was probably told the truck was fixed. On one of the issues, the paperwork actually says the truck still makes the problematic noise. I love Ford, but this is a bummer. Feel free to call my cell ****-****-xxxx. I will bring the truck back in once I get time in April. Thanks.
Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable. All answered questions I had.
When making the appointment no loan cars were available of which I really did not need one. However my car was picked up at 9:30 and not returned until 4:00. That is a long time. The only other time I used the home pick up was for an oil change and the car was returned in two hours. This time is was only for an inspection. This was my only concern with the service.
Two days just to diagnose a vehicle!!? Completely ridiculous. Repeated attempts to get in touch with a service professional were not returned. I kind of thought spending thousands of dollars there in repairs would at least get someone on the phone on a Saturday to get an update. I left messages with three different people, including the manager to no avail. I will say Tyler was responsive during his working hours, but was vague in answering questions and/or ignored them.
