Service is good and Pete didn’t push when I said no. But I don’t love when service advisors or managers push flushes. Ford doesn’t recommend coolant or transmission flushes before 100k or 150k miles amd I’m only at 70k... Seems not only unnecessary and expensive, but I’ve only heard horror stories of doing flushes. Have owned several vehicles that never had flushes and lasted over 200k miles. If it really needs to be done and at nearly half the recommended mileage from Ford, that should fall under warranty and be done at no cost to the customer.
