Our service today was excellent.
I don’t think it was Jason’s fault, but I had to bring the vehicle back twice and then when it was ready I had to wait for about 45 minutes to get the keys. It was a general miscommunication, but frustrating in the moment as I had commitments that I made that were affected because it took so long.
