Arron made me a appointment for Monday the 29th my truck was in and out with no problem. I think Grapevine Ford is very lucky to have a great service writer as Aron. When he says he’s going to do it he takes care of his business.
I purchased this vehicle on friday, and have had to wait until Tuesday to pick up which is fine because it was veing certified. Upon inspection there were two scratches on the passenger side door that were not there upon purchase.
I don't expect a new car (its a 2018) but i do expect to pick up the car in better shape than when I purchased, due to clean up and prep. The service area or prep area have put you all in a bad situation by not informing you of this mishap. And yes you can reach out to discuss

Jason did a great job, as always, and I have 2 concerns.
1. I was getting automated text messages from multiple different numbers about this service appointment. ****-****-xxxx / ****-****-xxxx / ****-****-xxxx.
2. After spending $2700 on a service appointment my truck was as dirty as it was when I dropped it off. You guys can do better with at least an exterior wash.
Always a pleasant interaction. Pete responded quickly to clarify something for me.
Christopher was extremely courteous and had great customer service skills however, he failed to do something very important and that was to follow through on something he said he would do. He was supposed to get back with me with a follow up appointment. Lack of follow through is vital. I would appreciate him doing what he said he would do.
