It was a completely painless process and the vehicle was finished sooner than expected. Just the kind of experience people should expect when having a vehicle serviced.
Communication was terrible. Did not give me a quote for TPMS installation. It will b hard for me to ever recommend Grapevine Ford.

Your service department is a joke. It takes 30 minutes to change the oil and rotate the tires. I had an appointment at 430 on Friday and showed up 15 minutes early and it took almost 2 hours to get this service done. The service advisor asked if I would like a car wash. I had to turn it down because things took so long. You're service is a joke. I've been to other dealership and have never waited as long as I did at your location. Plus all of my lug nuts look like they have been stripped. I'll never came back to your location.
