Miguel did a great job but the initial experience when pulling into Grapevine Ford’s service drive is extremely frustrating. Alejandro and Pete in the Quick Drive side are always the first to meet and see how they can help,, Service Mangers on the dealership side of the drive attempt to not. It make eye contact and customers wander around trying to find someone to help them. The phone system is a painful experience of holding, being transferred and calls dropping. The receptionists at the service counter definitely need to be addressed. When I was picking up my truck for the first time last week I was standing in line to check out the single receptionist finished with a customer, grabbed her lunch bag and walked off while myself and another customer were standing in line because apparently it was time for her break. She wasn’t going to let her counterpart not being there or customers standing in line stand in the way of her break. The other customer and I were dumbfounded, luckily Alejandro found us at the unattended counter and got us taken care of. Very odd culture/atmosphere there. The sole reason I use Grapevine Ford is due to its location. All of my friends and coworkers have moved on to 5 Star Ford because of experiences they have had with Grapevine Ford.

I was disappointed that it took so long for my vehicle to be repaired i do understand that this was not because of Grapevine Ford.
