It was absurdly difficult to schedule an appointment. My calls to the service department went unanswered on multiple days so I finally drove to the dealership and sat in the service bay for 10 minutes before someone finally decided to assist me. It is ridiculous that it is so easy to buy a car from a place and so hard to get service after the fact. This is not a reflection of Miguel but rather the service department as a whole. I feel anything but valued.

Jason was fantastic. He listened to my concerned and answered my questions to the best of his ability. He interacted with Ford Customer Escalations Department on my behalf. I appreciate that.
Grapevine Ford, the dealership as a whole- terrible at communications. It is brutal trying to get ahold of people. I left multiple messages in Service for someone to call me back. No one ever calls back. I left a message with Clay, my previous service adviser. I left messages for the service manager, no call back. I had to go through sales to get somebody with the initiative to get me in contact with the Service Director. It’s a disaster. It took ME tracking down the Service Director myself in order to get a human to call me back. That’s embarrassing. If I were the service director or especially the general manager, I would reach out with a sincere apology for a customer who had to go to so much trouble to get a hold of my business.
Chris did a wonderful job. Greeted me , explaining everything that was being done with excellent customer service!
