She was very professional and communicated effectively when she learned the repair on my truck would not be ready in time for me to take it on a trip to see my sister graduate college. Upon identifying the issue, Jody gathered all the necessary information and parties to get me a rental vehicle to not miss a once in a lifetime experience. I do tire rotation at Costco. I had a Costco sticker on my windshield noting rotation mileage. After the oil change service, I found out that you took it off. It is very rude. How dare you touch things in my car. I bought my Escape from Grapevine Ford and have been using them for maintenance since. But I will go to other places from now on. Hands off.
Lincoln was supposed to pick up our car for service at 730 am today. It is closing on 9am and no word. We are stuck here waiting till they show up.
