Jody has been wonderful. However, the quality of the actual warranty repair has been the opposite and completely dissatisfactory. Upon returning home from the dealership and 7 day repair, my truck leaks oil at a very high rate. Significantly more than prior to the repair and now my is no longer drivable. 5 stars for Jody. She took care of me. It was frustrating that the tech didn’t clear the error so the check engine light came back on. This requires a second trip. However Jody made sure I got a vehicle to drive and even had my truck detailed to make up for the inconvenience. She did a great job communicating with me the whole time and I felt like I was in good hands.

Terrible service work is substandard
Jody Mcphail was an excellent service advisor. She listened to my concerns and explain thoroughly of the process to be taken. She kept me on the loop and immediately let me know when my vehicle was done. A job well done Jody Mcphail.
