Didn't have things setup before hand amd wasted my time
My vehicle was kept longer than it should have been, but that’s not a big deal. What surprised me is that I had a mini-detail done unsatisfactorily. I took effort to clear all compartments so that could be vacuumed/wiped out. This didn’t meet my standards. The cup holders are still dirty, the compartments were not cleaned, and the trunks was not vacuumed. There is actually mulch still in it from the week beforehand. That was a shock to me that it didn’t even get vacuumed. I do have pictures to validate if you have interest in reviewing. Overall, I expected more. That aside, the rest of the service was handled well.

Empathy is key to a great customer experience. Your agents and managers are missing this key and therefore their customer service mindset is absent! If you to continue being in business I highly recommend some EQ training to your staff!
