My appointment was time was 7 am, I did not get my car till 5 pm. Car looks beautiful, except someone with mud on shoes got mud on gas and brake pedal and floor mat.
Chris was very thorough and pleasant throughout the entire process. I showed up before my actual appointment and yet he still made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Employees like Chris is what keeps customers coming back.

Issues are around the text program that you use. Pete didn’t respond to three texts over a 6 hour span. Turns out he was not working. In that case the texts should be routed to someone who is working - or a queue.
