Really appreciate Bob and his help in getting my tire fixed.
Had to wait after 10 appointment but was given rental so it all worked out.
My car was completed in a timely manner.
While Grapevine Ford paid most of the cost of replacing the rear brakes, it should not have sold a “certified” pre-owned car with worn out rear brakes.
The service was excellent and done very expeditiously. I will definitely return for future service.

Service tech said he checked air filter. No way that happened because filter was filthy. I had to come back up to GV Ford and Tyler J got the filter replaced.
What else did the service tech say he checked and didn’t!?
Miguel Luna did a great job on keeping us apprised on the status of my car. I also appreciated the fact that Miguel kept it real, he didn’t over promise and gave us some good ideas/tips for what we want to do in the future with my car!

Aaron gave me all information up front and I was surprised that the car was fixed before the approximate date. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. Aaron was friendly and professional from my first meeting. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and vacuumed.
