There was a mixup with our ticket. Truck is still not fixed. We brought it back in 2 weeks ago last Saturday

It took almost 2.5 hours for The Works (oil change and tire rotation) today. When I checked in, they estimated 1h45m, which is still a lot but 2.5 hours seems too long.

Waited a week for an appointment and then took two days. The last Car we had oil changed with you,the oil filter was not put on correctly and we had to take it to another shop -we could see oil on the drive way- and pay $50 to get it fixed
