I’m not sure where to start. The whole experience sucked. In fact it sucked so much that I left you a scathing review on Yelp. I will tell everyone I know how poor my experience was. If you give a **** have the general manager or the owner call me. ****-****-xxxx. I spent 2 hours in your dealership today to have less than 20 mins worth of work done. It was a joke and it was all due to a lack of focus and attention to detail on the part of my salesman. Your service dept did nothing wrong other than scar up the receiver on my truck when they cut the locking pin off. Your used car sales manager jumped in and tried valiantly to save the day. That kid deserves a raise.
