I pre-arranged an appointment to have my back up camera fixed, as It has not worked since purchase (I was to the understanding it was recalled in November. Also to have my left rear fender well fixed as it not in tact. Plus, during my appointment my Cosair was to have the Zantek paint protectant (as this is required every 6 months). I was informed prior to my appointment I would have a loan car. Bob was not prepared for my repairs.. he did not have the replacement camera, did not have a loaner car and told me to not worry about the Zantek process that I could get it done when I return. His final comment was, he would call me to reschedule to get everything done and would have someone come to pick up my car at that time as part of the customer service agreement. I have not heard a word. The date I was there was April 22nd at 9:30 am I was to drop it off for a loan car. Very disappointing I have not even received an update or anything in follow up. I was charged for a loaner vehicle because mine sat on y’all’s lot for 6 damn days without being looked at. Terrible way to do business. I will be going another avenue to recover my money because of the complete cluster **** y’all have up there. I would like for the general manager to contact me and no one else

Tyler exceeded my expectations! I’ve always gone to another dealership, but wanted to try this one! And it is amazing!! The care they take on my Mustang was second to none! And, the dealership caters to people - great lounging and working spaces and can’t wait to see the Mustang Cafe reopen! Tyler says the food is great!! All in all, my first time experience was outstanding! I will recommend Grapevine Ford to everyone I know! Happy customer!!
