Aaron went above and beyond today! I just needed to make sure my mom and I were good to go on our trip in 2 weeks. I knew things were probably in good order as I take really good care of my car! It was a busy Saturday and Aaron took great care of me. I’ve been using Grapevine Ford for the past three years for my service needs and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Incredible service as always. Pete was out for the day and Alfredo took great care of me.
Noon oil change and check availability on washer fluid nozzles. No work was done after 4 hours. After arriving the second time, the first was at approx 2 pm and nothing was done. The second time the guy went to check on the truck and didn’t come back and give us a status. About 10 min later the truck was pulled into a bay to start working on the truck. We stopped the work and left. You will not see us back there.
Miguel Luna was simply excellent. I am very picky about servicing my vehicle, I'm also very picky about who I deal with. I think from here on in when I come to grapevine Ford I'll be talking to Miguel.... He took care of me quickly easily and I spent less money than I thought I'd have to... That's what we call the win-win
Impossible to reach. We have to drive up there to get an appointment. Get put into vm that never call back. Used to love doing business here. Been made promises that no one keeps. Bought alot of cars from dealership and referred my best friends, have a Bronco on order, but getting service is a miserable experience. The service guy on this appointment was great. Nothing against him. It's the service department overall.
It took a week to even look at the car and you offered no rental vehicle. If you are charging premiums for your service your service should reflect it. Mark Filler was courteous and kept me informed which was a small consultation for having to wait so long.
