Pete was extremely helpful and efficient. It was as it is suppose to be. I drove up, answered a few quick questions and only waited a short 30 min for oil change and rotation. Props to the guys in back for being efficient as well. Thank y’all!!! It’s really frustrating having to wait hours for a simple 30 min job. Great job all around.

Efficient have an unresolved issue with a refund offered by Ford for a repair of door latch causing many issues with batteries due to automatic lighting not turning off. Completed paperwork and turned in to Jason Scaff. We will see if it gets resolved.

Could not have had a better experience. Jody is a delight and the car was back before the estimated time which is always nice. If there is anything you could do better it would be to reopen the Mustang Cafe because it really set you apart and ahead of your competitorn in the past.

Jason Scaff is a great communicator but I was disappointed in a warranty that was over sold to me by the finance department. It was clearly misrepresented and I got to learn about it today. This is no reflection on Jason AT ALL - he is great but I wanted to voice my displeasure with the process of the zaytak warranty that was wildly misrepresented by the gentleman in the finance department
Miguel did everything to make things easy.
