He is very polite and got me in and out quickly.
The only problem I experienced was I had scheduled my appointment for a Saturday morning at 9 AM and when I called to confirm it on Friday prior they said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled but to come in anyway on Saturday at 10 I I did that and had to reschedule again because the parts weren’t there for my service but on the appointment day it was ran very professional and efficient.

I sent a text immediately upon receiving the initial outreach. I did not hear back. Also, I have not received a final work order with what was done and what was reviewed. I have called for a service advisor for 3 days and left messages and have heard nothing back. Customer service has been less than stellar
