Did not complete the work that my car had been scheduled for twice!
Factory recall parts available scheduled appt 7:00 am arrived 6:30 achieved service agreement assured in good hands no status update by 4:30 pm called mark was informed that there was no parts and had no plan wait and see
What was the point of the appt and why weren’t the parts on hand allocated to my service ticket
After doing business with this dealership since 1980 we are extremely dissatisfied

If we hadn’t picked up the car it would still be sitting in the back lot waiting on parts

Pete was great, very helpful and handled all my questions.
I called many times to schedule an appointment and left message and never received a called back.
My suggestion is that the 1st question of your survey should be Was Pete Rochelle your service representative? If the client answers yes then every other question should be pre selected as excellent, would recommend, does a great job, properly communicated, got the vehicle back on time.

I have not received service on my car yet. I have to reschedule to come up which is not a problem, but I’ve been getting emails saying that service has been done on it when it hasn’t yet.

My representative Alfredo did a great job. He’s a great guy who goes the extra mile for his customers. Overall, I’m satisfied, but I noticed the morning after my oil change service that the plastic guard underneath the truck that protects the undercarriage had not been replaced properly and has been sagging near the ground since my service. I have not had the chance to bring it back in yet due to travel.
