While the situation with my truck was frustrating, Jadon took great care of me from a customer service perspective. He communicated frequently, concisely, and proactively and answered all of my questions and concerns.
Door locks not working and manager witnessed it.
Mark calls and said they work fine now in a voicemail.
2 weeks and still not fixed.
Aaron is only source of communication.

I did not get a call saying my vehicle was ready. I had to call to see if it was ready and the day I picked it up she was off. I also requested a quote on how much it will cost for a fuel pressure sensor. I asked one of the managers and he stated someone would get back to me. Guess what I never heard from nobody. Wow!!!
He’s been taking care of me for years and I completely trust him to do what’s best for my car!
So Miguel did fine, and was excellent. However, before talking to him in person, I had difficulty scheduling the appointment. I was unable to order the part first. I called parts and they sent me to service. Service said I had to come in before they could order me a new key for my car. I got here for my appointment, but the appointment never got scheduled. If I hadn't written miguerls name down, I don't know what would have happened. He helped me get the part ordered and then programmed.
Had an appointment for 7:30 to get oil changed and my wife had to wait for 1.5 hours to get an oil change. Why have someone make an appointment, take off work and still have to wait over an hour for a oil change. This is my second visit for service at this dealership and both visits have not been good. You need to respect your customer time. The first visit they over booked the appointments left my car for a day and they did not even get to it that day and I had to make a second appointment to bring my car back in. If it was not for the free points I would not be using this dealership for service. Very unhappy customer.

There is still no rental vehicle available while my car is being serviced. Bringing my car in is stressing me out as I have no spare vehicle or way to get to work.
