From the start of our issue to completion it took 14 Days.
It seems that the Black label thing works best for appointments. Not for what we called an emergency. (A rear window stuck in the down position)
We are a one car family, we would only use the car if both of us could go together. One to stay in the car, one to go into the store. Otherwise, once the part came in everyone in the service department was great.
Brought my truck in as it stalls at red lights and in traffic. No issue was detected or diagnosed.. Picked my truck up Friday and now stalled twice on Saturday. Will be taking my truck elsewhere for a second opinion.

Once again my car was half assed cleaned. I specifically asked if it was going to get vacuumed and was told yes. Last time I complained that someone cut my center console and I never heard a word from Ford. I’m not sure the service department takes much pride in what they do. I still think twice about bringing my car back to Grapevine Ford.
