My service advisor, Jody McPhail, made my experience at Grapevine Ford a good one. She let me know what was wrong with my vehicle, arranged a shuttle to take me home, and let me know that a part would need to be ordered. Instead of keeping my car, she let me know that I could drive my vehicle until the part came in. Once the part came in, we arranged a time for me to bring my vehicle back in to replace the part. I definitely recommend using Jody at Grapevine Ford!
