Not her fault but when I make a service appt well in advance I expect things to be done that day, particularly when all I am asking for is a diagnosis. If you are backed up it isn't the customers issue. We make an appt in advance for a reason. Thank you

Problem not fixed. Advisor was not truthful on more than one occasion. I have lost all trust in the dealership. I have been loyal to the Ford brand because my grandfather worked for Ford for 30 years. At this point I don’t even want my car anymore! The dealership and Ford has let me down. I am very unhappy and am going to make sure people know about my experience.

All was good but the battery has only lasted 2 years since I bought the car. I have had the car 4 years and had 2 battery’s put in my car. I’m not impressed with the Ford Focus because I have had the car in the Ford shop about 4 times about my clutch. I won’t buy a Ford again.

Jason Scaff was great, and was on point with repair time. Knowledge of expected cost was presented at point of sale, and was on point. Final repair costs were what was expected, and slightly below, based on market value for parts, labor, based on third and 4th party quotes. Quotes were from private sector, as well as friends that are current and previous Ford technicians. Service was on time, and results exceeded expectations. Vehicle was returned detailed, repairs done to factory new status. Will request Jason when next service needs arise.
