Miguel did a terrific job helping me understand the diagnosis and repair process. He helped me get a rental car also which I really needed. Great communication.
With having one warranty service technician so I sat for 8 1/2 hours to get a tire pressure sensor replaced while waiting. Didn’t care for that. Sent text to service advisor at noon to see if they had started and didn’t get answer back till 2:30. I could have made other arrangements and come back at a later appointment. Not happy.

My vehicle now "jumps" when accelerating after braking. This didn't happen before the vehicle was serviced. Additionally, the cover for my undercarriage has come off twice since my vehicle has been returned. Causing me to lose additional time from work to return the to get this corrected. It's coming off now so I'll be returning to your service department--hopefully for the last time--to correct this same issue.

Although the labor, to simply reset a software code, was a bit high in my opinion, I’m nevertheless satisfied and appreciative of the care received at Grapevine Lincoln.
Christopher was great, he restored my faith in returning to Grapevine Ford for service. My last visit was not a great experience, but Christopher did a great job. Management reached out to me after my last visit but I’ve been so busy I had not had the time to respond. I will write off what happened last time as a one-off event that may be attributed to someone having an off day, not an overall reflection of the entire service team or company. Christopher has restored my faith. I will be back. Please let Christopher know I, as a long time customer, am thankful for his professionalism during my last visit. This last visit certainly was a great and pleasurable experience.

Chris as always was spot on. Greeted me on arrival, made a quick and easy check in, confirmed exactly what was to be done then delivered as promised when promised! Can’t get better than that!!
Tyler was great. Attentive and upbeat. Was spot on with his time estimate. He made the experience of having my Ford Escape serviced as good as it could be. Would highly recommend seeing him when referring friends and family to have their cars serviced there.
