Miguel Luna was very helpful. I don’t remember getting a survey from the manufacturer, but maybe I just forgot? I would like one of those, I think my car is a bit of a lemon.

I will continue to bring my vehicle back to your dealership because of Tyler. He communicated well, was very personable, and kept me informed. My wife and I had twin boys while my car was in the shop and Tyler went above and beyond to get me a loaner so I could travel to and from the hospital. I had a fantastic experience because of Tyler and will use him every time I need work done on my vehicle.
Jody was great to work with. She kept me apprised of my vehicle’s status, and was professional throughout the process. Although I wished that Ford would support their customers better, since 2015-2016 Mustang evaporating cores are failing at a high rate, Jody made the process as painless as possible.

I dropped my car on Thursday morning and imagined I’d get a call going into the weekend with some sort of status. I didn’t hear from anyone until Monday. The quality of the work seems ok so far but I’ve only driven it 3 miles home.

If Christopher Walker didn’t have a trustworthy personality, I would have opted to have my truck serviced elsewhere. Your prices are WAY high. I was actually a little shocked by the price. In any case, you have a good employee in Christopher. I recommend that you move him into a managerial position one day.

I had to call 5 times, left multiple voicemails, only to receive a callback once I put a call into a manager, who didn’t answer either. I was then told I have to leave my car for 2 weeks again after you failed to fix the issue the last time I left my car for 2 weeks. I am completely disappointed with the service.
Service was great. Alfredo was friendly and knowledgeable, and kept his cool despite being busy and shorthanded.
