Alfredo did a fantastic job. He was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer. He met me in the quick lane promptly at my appointment time. Alfredo answered all my questions regarding the services to be performed and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in his care. He gave me a realistic estimate of the time it would take to complete the service and called me immediately when it was ready. I had a brake light that was out and had bulbs with me. Alfredo even took the time to help me quickly install my bulbs before I left. Now that’s customer service. Every service advisor should take notes on Alfredo’s approach. Job well done.
