I feel blessed to have been able to work with Miguel. The timeline to fix my car to me seemed a bit long, however Miguel was always keeping me informed of the process and our next step. I truly feel, he was an advocate for me/my car and worked vigorously to make sure I was well taken care of. I have to say, the sales side of the dealership did an outstanding job when i purchased the truck with Mikey. Your service side however was the worst experience i have ever had. I called, left meaaages, was transferred around to god only knows where. NO ONE in your service department ever contacted me about the status of my vehicle. I use the truck for work and needed it asap. After a week and a half i finally callef the sales department and told them to get a message that i was picking the truck up monday regardless if it was fixed. I would like to give a sbout out to William, Rachel, Jose and Blain. All of which are in the sales department and went out of their way to get information and handle this for me. STILL have never once spoken to a service tech and the issue was still not fixed. Make no mistake, I will NEVER use your service department again!

I was very satisfied with the Service I receive from Alfredo, however I was not at all satisfied with the supervisor Venny Diaz, I called and left messages for him to call me back because I was trying to get an appointment to bring my car in because I was having some trouble with it, however he never called me nor did he ever text me or anything but Alfredo try to get me an appointment to come in and he told me that he would get someone to give me a call back, no one never call , this is the reason why I called the supervisor of service and left him a message to call he never called. I am very disappointed because since 2011 I have purchased three cars from you and you have never had a problem with me paying for them. Thank you FLORA E

Bob Leininger had always been there for me. No matter what my vehicle requires he sees that it us promptly handled. As long as Bob is with Lincoln I will bring my MKX in for service. Service advisor Chris Walker allegedly called the number he read to me, but instead called a different number still claiming to have called me. I did not know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up from my appointment until I had to call him.
I’m satisfied with the service Grapevine Ford provided but not with Ford Company.
