Quick, Easy, professional, excellent customer service
This is my second expedition in 4 years… I had a Toyota before these two cars. I have tried the service department at 3 ford dealerships. The person service has never met the service I received from Toyota. However, yesterday Chris handled my walk in (drive in :) appointment & I finally felt valued as a Ford owner. Chris went above & beyond to welcome me, take car of my routine service needs & sent my daughters on our way in a timely manner. I was driving 40 mins another direction for ford service when I drive right pass your dealership daily for volleyball. I will be back & look forward to building a relationship with Chris as my service expert. Thank you.

Pete Roshell is an outstanding Service Manager whom I have been working with for 4 years. He never pressures but he does clearly explain what services are needed on the vehicle and why. I couldn't do the necessary items in May so I delayed them 2 months and just got the most critical items completed today. He is always polite. Returns calls promptly. And completes the vehicle repairs on time or early. He's the best service manager I've ever had from any dealer and is the main reason I always take my Ford back to the dealer for service.
Alfredo always does a great job helping me service my truck I can admit that I am a challenging customer. I have been coming to Grapevine Ford since 2014 and I always leave satisfied very satisfied. Even if I come in and Alfredo is not there is someone to step up and help out so I am comfortable with whoever I work with at the service center.
