I scheduled a oil change for the afternoon on 7/28.
My wife had one of our kids with us, got there early and it still took over two hours for an oil change.
I’m not sure how busy you guys were in the afternoon in the middle of the week, but we were a little disappointed in the lack of urgency or apology.
All good! Pete had things under control as always.
This “service department” is a complete joke but pretty sure you already know that.
Daren always treats me the utmost respect and takes care of my truck as he would his own.
The quality of workmanship was great. We are very satisfied.
It took five days to get my car repaired, with an early drop off on July 21st and a pick up on July 26th. Rachel called me promptly on July 26th to let me know the repair was completed; however, I had to initiate contact on July 21st and July 22nd to inquire about the status of the repair. I understand a part had to be ordered and I fortunately had other arrangements; however there was no concern about the possible hardship of not having my vehicle for that length of time nor were there any discussions about accommodations.
Had 1000 appt, truck sat for 3 hr 18 mins before service started. Clarence Diggs stated the 1000 appt was only to do the paperwork and start waiting. Totally unacceptable and wasteful of my time.
Angela barely talked to me, and did seem to care and lacks customer service.
He was very understanding and professional!
Heath was great to work with and was excellent in communicating.
Still need a call back from Jason Scaff to schedule trim warranty work.
Daren took care of my vehicle needs. Was communicative and ensured my wait wasn’t longer than needed.
Christopher was courteous and professional. He made certain that the Zaktek treatment was done properly to my satisfaction. I appreciated his attention to detail.

I met Pete for the first time today.... he is the only reason why I would ever consider buying from Grapevine Ford again. Your system needs a revamp. I was never able to speak to anyone to simply get an oil change quote. After being on terminal hold, I elected to have someone call me back to. A call came from a woman in India... who wasn’t able to provide a quote. She indicated she’d have someone call me. I waited all day then decided to drive to dealership to speak to someone face to face. It was there I was referred to Pete. Pete is exceptional... your system lacks customer service.
