Well for starters I brought my truck in for CEL. I already knew the code was for wastegate. It ran. It idled. It seemed like there was some power delay after 60 but still got speeds to 80. I was told the vacuum pump was bad need replacing and an engine treatment cleaning done. I approved. Now I have zero power barely made it around the block. The idle was never rough. I never claimed it was rough. But yet here I am with an inoperable truck after I brought in an operable truck. So I paid $1200 to make my truck inoperable.
I appreciate Jason’s communications during the service. He kept me updated with progress with a high degree of professionalism.
Chris was very professional he took care of my needs I will be back again and recommend ford Lincoln to others best experience I’ve had since I got my car very clean environment and I didn’t buy my car there next I’ll use Ford Lincoln I want to tell you I give your dealership high stars thank you for taken care of my needs perfect customer service.
