The experience overall just was not a good one. I was compensated which I did appreciate, and they were very apologetic about the service. One thing I’d like to mention was the my inside and outside of my door and door handle had grease or dirt from the engine all over it.

Never called about tire issue on my vehicle
I’m was extremely satisfied with my experience with Bob Leininger. While filling out the survey, I was trying to complete all the answers but had difficulty submitting it. I tried at least four times. The service I received was prompt, courteous and all my questions were answered.

Twice now I have made appointments for my car only to be told when I dropped it off that it would be days before my car was looked at. The last time it was only after I yelled for a bit and askedto speak to the manager did my car get looked at. Even then you did not carry the standard parts that were needed to fix my car. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement.
I appreciated Chris with not only his speedy service but also informed me ahead of the time before my car is on its way out. Because of him, I will recommend your dealership to others in the future, and of course, I will return when my car needs maintenance.
Pete Roshell and his team always perform well. I enjoy working with him.

Miguel was absolutely perfect throughout the process, at no point did he not have a solution. Although there were issues that were outside our control (season, pandemic, supply chain etc.) Miguel was able to roll with the punches and keep things on track. Also, without prompting, I was provided regular status updates and ECDs.

The plastic band around the driver's seat was replaced for the 6th time (in less than years) and has already broken. I think the entire seat is defective and needs to be replaced.
