I had to take my vehicle in because there was a recall on the front airbags. When I scheduled the appointment, I chose to wait since the ETA for completion was an hour. The driver's side airbag was completed within the hour, but the technician learned that an additional part was needed for the passenger side. Mr. Bob Leininger from the service department felt awful that this wasn't discovered sooner and was very apologetic. I had to pick up my son from basketball camp in less than 2 hours. He did not want me to be without a vehicle, so he promptly got me going in a loner car. Throughout the day, Mr. Leininger checked on me, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and offered to answer any questions. My vehicle was finished the next day. In addition to the airbag replacements, they performed a courtesy maintenance check free of charge. I am truly grateful for the excellent customer service I received from Bob Leininger and the entire team at Grapevine Lincoln. Many thanks for your professionalism and going the extra mile.

I have absolutely no complaints about my appointment this morning. I got in at my designated time. Pete greeted me, checked a few things on the car, and give me a good idea of what would be checked and done on my car. A quick hour in the lounge and my car was ready and washed. Pete was friendly, informative and thorough with me. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you to everyone there who got me in and out quickly!
Jody was amazing! I will definitely be calling her for any other needs we may have. Hoping to not have to be back for a while since it’s a new car, but if I do I know I’ll be well taken care of with her.
Robert was exceptionally well versed and competent to handle my issues. He updated me regularly as to progress all along the way. He also explained in detail about the recalls on my model car. I could not have been better satisfied with the car when I picked it up because everything I had requested was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I will always bring my car back to Bob for future service. I will also be referring Bob to my friends who own Lincoln’s. Thank you for exceptional service!

I don’t know if I’m satisfied we haven’t gotten our car back yet and we need to know when we can pick it up which we need to know so we can make an appointment for our other car we were told to make an appointment to drop off when we pick up
