My vehicle was indeed serviced to my satisfaction & thanks to Jodie. She was instrumental in achieving that! I highly recommend the current, foreign phone answering is discontinued for your service dept. To facilitate good customer service, an on-site representative would speak volumes. I did not purchase my vehicle from you. However, your phone queue system sends a negative message about your dealership, in my opinion. It says the customer is not that important after the sale. I’m certain that customer retention is at the top of your list company wide and this would go a long way in achieving customer satisfaction.

The Service Manager Pete or the Techinician stole both of my drivers license with the old and new address out of my car. I had to file a police report. They also refused to pull the video footage. They gave me the run around for 4 days.
