After purchasing this used vehicle for my son, the only person I would trust with it is Pete. He understands his customers and treats us truly like family. He is honest on what is crucial and what can wait for those of us that need to budget our expenses. His ethics are above reproach. I always feel Pete is the example when it comes to the core standards for a business (including the signs around Grapevine Ford).

The sensors on my truck don't work, the mechanic told me that he can't fix it because the truck is up. I wonder if they'll fix me because that's how they sold me.

While my vehicle was there Bob was in constant contact with me. It’s frustrating enough under normal circumstance when you have to constantly contact your advisor for status updates, so I was particularly impressed by this. I recognize there is high demand for the service department right now and that the staff is under a lot of pressure, so I especially appreciated the communication. Bob set the proper expectation regarding completion time which I also appreciated. Not only that, but all repairs were made perfectly. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks, Bob!!
