As usual Bob was professional and went above and beyond. He know what Lincoln customers expect. Missed him when he wasn’t there and no one at that time thought the customer was “right or important”. That was not the Lincoln image. Don’t let him leave again.

Had an appointment set for Saturday at 11, got my car back on Wednesday afternoon and it still had not even been looked at. What’s the point of an appointment? I understand if they couldn’t do the work but at least diagnose. Will not be back.
