Miguel did a great job with communication- zero critique on his part. The one suggestion I would like to make: when i first called to schedule a service appointment I was told it would be a week before they could get me in and so I scheduled it when they suggested. But the day of my scheduled appointment I was told it would take a day or two before they could even look at it. I had to borrow a car because there were no loaner cars available, so a day or two does make a big difference.
