Alfredo was great and I’m happy with the overall service. My only complaint is it took 3hrs for an oil change and inspection. It’s not really Quick Lane when I have to leave the dealership and come back three hours later. I will say the Lyft service was a fantastic addition as it helped me get somewhere for lunch and work remotely until my truck was done.

Paint touch up was atrocious, loaner died on me and I was never reimbursed for the Uber I had to take to pick up my truck. I hope my truck has 0 issues for the next 60k miles so I don’t have to get anything done under warranty because grapevine Ford is trash. Won’t ever buy a car from there no matter what deals are going on
