Had a head light issue. Found out my truck was out of warranty a week ago. Tech messes with my headlights and now the right one points straight up and the left one straight down. Feels like I’m driving without headlights on. Needing some answers on what will be done to correct the problem I have now.

To whom it may concern: I dropped my car off for ( A Check Engine Light, Headlights, and Rear Brakes) The whole staff did a great job as always Alfredo Pete, Ms. House, Joe from parts along with Gomez and the new guy in parts (I don’t know his name yet) all helped out they are the best. Also special kudos to the new guy on the right end with the beard I don’t know his name but we always talk about finer points of Ford vehicles he’s a great asset!! I’ll be honest I was reluctant to leave my car for a few days because I never had to in the past. I know there has been delays in the maintenance department most likely due to Covid but, I was on vacation and I had a few days to spare so I dropped off my car and I was worried about not having a vehicle but, Alfredo stepped in and called me back later the first day after putting me in line for a rental car and he made sure that I had a 2021 F-150 for the next few days (In a few word top-notch service) ??????????and it was a great experience all and all….:-) The rental car experience was also very pleasing. I forget the young lady’s name that is responsible for the rental cars but, she also deserves kudos. She was so thorough that she told me to not touch the steering wheel because it was too hot I thought that was a nice touch…:-) Thanks again to everyone at Grapevine Ford. “The #1 dealer in the Metroplex”.
