We were first working with Clay who apparently left Grapevine Ford while our vehicle was there to be repaired. I called multiple time over two days and each time I kept getting transferred to the voicemail of someone who is no longer there. Why did the receptionist not let me know that Clay wasn’t employed there and that someone else would be contacting me. That was very frustrating. Once Aaron took over he did a great job keeping us updated on the status of my vehicle and was wonderful to work with!! He called back when he said he would. He was very friendly and polite while explaining the situation with Clay. All around we were very satisfied with Aaron!

My second time working with Pete and he was just as great as the first time! Super nice, was able to get me in and out with no issues, and my truck looked great! Big thanks to Pete and all the folks at Grapevine Ford!

Waited an hour for a simple oil change, my truck was still in the queue, so got my keys back and left. An oil change should be done in 45 minutes or less. I will take my business elsewhere.

That car was driven 1.1 miles. This is not necessary for the service that was performed. Someone decided to take a joy ride in my Boss 302 Mustang. The car was also scratched while in service!

Hey y’all Daren is great. Dude has a fantastic personality and a really great demeanor. Not gonna lie, I got a little testy once or twice b/c my fleet company took forever to get the repair approved and I was tired of being w/o my car. Daren stayed in touch and let me know what was going on. I really appreciate him. He’s great with people. Give the man a raise! Justin

Tyler did a great job to recover the work from Clay Remmert. If I had to review Clay’s work this review would be quite the opposite. Clay communicated very poorly, never answered the phone or called back. So Tyler keep up with your good work, I will contact you first in the future.

The recalls we told to me were completed and to come pick up my vehicle. When I got there Rachel had me sign the paperwork and gave me the keys and told me I could go get my vehicle and go. I asked her if she wanted to walk around the vehicle before I go and she agreed. We went out and could immediately see the roof rail recall was not completed. She never checked before calling me. I then had to wait while the recalls was performed completely negating why I dropped it off. I missed one hour of work due to this poor service.

Screw holes in the air box are stripped out and the screws won’t hold it close, maybe the cause of the P0299 code.
